MANALI: A sex racket was busted here last evening with the arrest of an alleged pimp while four women were rescued

A sex racket was busted here last evening with the arrest of an alleged pimp while four women were rescued.

The police on a tip-off laid a trap and arrested the pimp. A woman of Jalandhar was running the racket in a rented room in Manali. Four women, who were the residents of Delhi, Darjeeling, Nepal and Maharashtra, were rescued.

SHO, Manali, KD Sharma said the pimp was produced before the court and further investigation of the case was in progress, he added. — OC
