Dehradun, February 10

A Vikram driver was killed after his vehicle was hit by a speeding truck on the Haridwar road early this morning. Shahzad was taken to a nearby hospital but was declared brought dead.

Meanwhile, daily commuters and schoolchildren faced a lot of inconvenience as no Vikram plied on the route as a mark of grief.
