CTCC president lends ear to residents’ woes

The Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee (CTCC) president Pardeep Chhabra today visited several places and lend an ear to the grievances of residents and shopkeepers.

Chhabra held a meeting with members of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA), Sector 20-A. Rakesh Sood and Aneesh Garg, president and general secretary of the RWA, apprised him about the problems of residents and sought maintenance of green belts in the area.

During his visit to Sectors 24 and 32, he also met members of the Market Welfare Association. Mayor Poonam Sharma and Ex-Mayor HC Kalyan were also present. The association raised issues of inadequate parking space and bad state of toilets in the market. — TNS
