According to the police, the tin sheet was loosely fixed due to which a case has been filed against the organisers of the fair. The Class VIII student was at the week-long fair at Hanuman Chowk with his family.

“The family was having snacks at a stall when the tin sheet flew off and slit Amit's neck,” said a senior police officer. Amit died on the spot.
