New Delhi, September 14
The BJP-led Centre and the Haryana State Government are protecting the proprietor of Ryan International School at Gurugram where a seven-year-old student was murdered. It is a complete case of negligence.
This was stated by AAP spokesperson Ashutosh here during a press conference today. Ashutosh said the Union and Haryana governments had yet not taken any action against the school proprietor, Grace Pinto, as she was associated with the saffron party. She had launched a membership campaign in her school, he added.
He said school’s proprietor was appointed as independent director of National Cotton Corporation Limited by the Minister of Textile, Smriti Irani.
Ashutosh said when last year a case of student drowning in a water tank in Ryan School at Vasant Kunj came to light, the Delhi Government had recommended for the CBI inquiry into the case. AS the CBI and the Delhi Police are under the Union Government, the demand of CBI inquiry by the AAP government was not accepted.
When asked about the hike in petrol and diesel prices in the city, the AAP leader said his party would very soon launch a campaign against the Narednra Modi government. At present, crude oil is cheap in the international market, but still fuel prices are increasing. This gives an indication that the government is willingly increasing the prices.
