Police ‘Tarana’ organized

Police Families Welfare Society (PFWS) organised 'Tarana', an inter-district cultural competition at K.D. Jadhav Hall, IGI Stadium, Delhi.
The first-ever musical evening and a cultural competition among police families was inaugurated by Alok Kumar Verma, CP, Delhi. The other dignitaries who graced the occasion from various fields of life included chief guest Aruni Doval, famous Sufi singer Kailash Kher as well as renowned actor, singer and Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari.
Fashionista Ritu Beri, wrestler and Olympian Sushil Kumar and cricketer Shikhar Dhawan wholeheartedly supported the cause by walking on the ramp.
President PFWS, Shefali Verma concluded the day by applauding the efforts of each one from police families, staff, officers wives and officers from Delhi Police.
