New Delhi, October 15

The Shiromani Akali Dal (Delhi) president and former DSGMC president, Paramjit Singh Sarna urged the Sikh community not to attend the Sikh “Sammelan” to be organised by the Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh (RSS) in the city.

He said this following information that the Badal-controlled DSGMC had officially decided to join the RSS at its so called Sikh Sammelan scheduled for October 25 at Talkatora Stadium.

"We appeal to Guru Panth to take note of how a BJP MLA, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, is allowed to carry on as an office-bearer of the DSGMC. If that wasn''t enough, Paramjeet Singh Rana was reappointed as head of Dharam Parchar after his election as BJP councilor," Sarna said.

“DSGMC president Manjit Singh GK and his Dr Sahab think-tank, which he''s heard referring to proudly in the audio, are doing exactly what the Badals did in Punjab. They are working as full-time agents of the RSS which wants to homogenise Sikhs as pan Hindu society," Sarna observed.

He cautioned Guru Panth that the upcoming RSS Sammelan completed the unlocking of Sikh institutional gates for the Sangh to trespass the community''s core religious turf in the city.

"The Badals have breed GK, ''Dr Sahab'' and Sirsa as Trojan horses of the Panth, This trio is operating like the treacherous Gangu Brahmin, waging a war against the unique Sikh identity and doctrine from within as regulars of their commanders in Nagpur," warned Sarna.

He urged Guru Panth to boycott the DSGMC-RSS-sponsored event physically and ideologically.
