A team of Graphic Era University, Dehradun, this year, has made a comeback at the EFFI-Car event with a new concept of using solar panel to get their car sensors operational rather than on battery. The 13-member team opined that to avoid the wastage of the battery, they decided to use solar panel in their vehicle this time.
In the event, students from 24 colleges from all over India have come together to design and fabricate electric cars that are being judged by industry experts.
The event is being hosted at the UIET, Panjab University. After the virtual screening process of 43 teams, the organising committee has shortlisted 20 teams for the main event.
