BCOM/BBA RESULTS

Ludhiana: Students of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management secured university positions in the BCom Semester IV examination. Tandeep Kaur bagged the first position in the university with 524/600 marks. Jaskiran Kaur stood third with 520 marks, Saurabh stood eighth with 505 marks and Gursimran Kaur Ubhi got the tenth position in the university with 503 marks. The college authorities said of 211 students who had appeared, 57 got distinctions and 180 got the first division.

GURU NANAK KHALSA COLLEGE 

Students of Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, Gujarkhan Campus, Model Town, brought laurels to the college securing 136 first divisions in the BCom Semester IV examination held in May, 2016. Manpreet Kaur scored 80.83 per cent marks and stood first in college while Sheenu Bathla who scored 80.5 per cent marks bagged the second position. Rajpreet Kaur stood scoring 80 per cent marks. Principal Manjit Kaur Ghuman and general secretary Gurvinder Singh Sarna congratulated the students.

Government College for Girls

Pavleen Kaur and Pakineet Kaur of BBA (Semester II) of Government College for Girls bagged the fourth and the ninth positions, respectively in the university. Pavleen scored 439 marks (79.81%) and Pakineet scored 431 marks (78.36%). Anita Devi and Gudia of BBA stood third and ninth in the Semester IV examination scoring 431and 416 marks, respectively. —TNS
