Chandigarh: A clay modeling competition was organised at Bhavan Vidyalaya (Junior), Sector 33, for Classes I and II. The main objective of the competition was to enhance the motor skills and to use their imagination and creativity.
Students celebrate rainy season
UKG students of DAV Public School, Sector 8, celebrated rainy season through various activities performed in the class. They learnt the concept of water cycle in nature, why rain is important and how rain brings prosperity to farmers.
Tae kwon do show
Panchkula: DC Model Senior Secondary School staged reverberated with a spectacular programme presented by promising and meritorious students of economically weaker section of Class VI. The special attraction was a tae kwon do show and success stories shared by the alumni.
SQAY champ
Charvi Jain, a student of The British School, Panchkula, was awarded with Rs 11,000 for her performance in Sqay National and International Tournaments.
State ranking championship
Mohali: Harman Saini, a student of Class VIII at St. Soldier School, Mohali, bagged third position in the Punjab State Ranking Championship organised at Jalandhar. Harman had been participating in all inter-house, school and open championships.
Gatka Day celebrations
Ishvinder Singh of Class II made the institution proud with his Gatka performance. Gatka Day celebrations were held at Gurdwara Sacha Dhan Sahib, Phase-3b-2, Mohali, where Ishvinder mesmerised everyone through his performance.
Corn Day
