Raj Malhotra’s IAS Study Group has been opened in Sector 11, Chandigarh. This was announced during a press meet on Tuesday. The academy is the brainchild of Raj Malhotra (38), who has done masters in political science and international relations. He has been teaching civil services aspirants for more than 12 years. Manish Bansal, a civil services aspirant from the EWS category, was also present. Manish is the son of a labourer and lives in Mauli Jagran. He will be given coaching by the institute. — TNS
