Chandigarh, December 23
DAV College, Sector 10, Chandigarh, today received a grant of Rs 150 lakh for infrastructure in science and technology (FIST) from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
The grant will be used for fortifying the teaching and research infrastructure of the college. While sharing this information, principal Dr BC Josan said it was a proud moment for the college to be selected for this grant. The grant would be utilised for setting up research and teaching facilities, computer labs, procurement of books, renovation of laboratories and maintenance purposes.
