HPPSC judicial service prelims results out

The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) today declared the results of the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service (Preliminary) Examination-2016, held on February 28, conducted at 12 examination centres here and Dharamsala for filling 11 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Home Department.
The Commission had received a total of 4,716 applications and 3,524 candidates were provisionally admitted.
Out of the 3,524 candidates, 2,058 had appeared in the examination. Out of these, 123 candidates have been declared qualified and are entitled for admission to the main written examination, a spokesperson for the commission said.
