Students of Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College for Women, Jhar Sahib (Ludhiana) brought laurel to the college by clinching the overall trophy in various competitions held at Bibi Sharan Kaur Khalsa College, Chamkaur Sahib.
Gatka, Gurbani Kanth and Quiz teams bagged the first prize. In speech competitions, Kavishri and Gurbani Kanth competitions, the college stood second. Principal Dr Rajinder Kaur congratulated the staff members and motivated students to take part in cultural and sports events. —OC
