Chandigarh: Neena Dhawan has joined as officiating principal of MCM DAV College. She has been a part of the MCM family since 1978 and is currently Associate Professor and Head, Department of Sociology, MCM DAV College.

Faculty Development Programme

A Faculty Development Programme for university and college teachers concluded at Panjab University on Monday. The eight-day-long FDP was organised by the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLL&E) from June 29 to July 6. The programme was organised with an objective to promote students’ learning by inspiring faculty to adopt new techniques, approaches and technologies and to help them to be good teachers, scholars, researchers and as well as good human beings. — TNS
