Patiala: NCC cadets of Blossoms Senior Secondary School, Patiala, participated in a campaign to make people aware of 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' and road safety rules. The campaign was held under the guidance of Patiala traffic in-charge Karnail Singh at the Children Memorial Chowk, near Head Post Office, Patiala. The cadets spread awareness among passersby about the road safety rules. The campaign for 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' was organised near Baradari Garden. People were encouraged to take care of the 'Mother Nature'. OC
World Heritage Day
Patiala: World Heritage Day was celebrated at Ryan International School, Patiala, to educate children about their heritage places. Students of Class III participated in the collage-making activity in which they collected pictures of different sites on the theme of 'Heritage'. For Classes IV and V, an essay writing competition was organised to make students aware about the heritage and cultures of the world. All students participated enthusiastically in the activity. OC
