Ludhiana: The student chapter of Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE) of Guru Nanak Institute of Management and Technology (GNIMT), Gujarkhan Campus, Model Town, organised an exclusive six-day workshop “Right Habits for Bright Career” for MBA students. Asit Ghosh, founder and chief mentor of Asit Ghosh Institute of Leadership and Excellence (AGILE), was the resource person. The workshop was conducted in two batches, where 60 students participated. The workshop was aimed at creating a paradigm shift in students to broaden their mental horizon and perspective. A Powerful Affirmation Card was distributed in each class.

Mandi Gobindgarh: The RIMT Institutes, Mandi Gobindgarh, organised ‘Aagaaz 2015’ a freshers’ party on the campus. Director Harsh Sadawarti welcomed the budding RIMTians and extolled their industrious efforts dedicated to the function.The magnificent evening embarked with the auspicious ‘Shri Ganpati Vandana’, ‘Shiv Aaradhna’ followed by the soul-nourishing sufiana choreography, western and semi-classical dance numbers. A rock-band performance and medley fusion made the evening delightful. The vibrant bhangra and akhada enthralled theaudience. Manipuri dance was the main attraction of the day. — TNS
