A yoga camp was inaugurated at Army Public School, Ratnuchak, for cadets of J&K Girls Battalion, NCC, today. The camp will be conducted till May 7.
The camp was inaugurated by Principal, APS, Ratnuchak, Sonal Sharma. She made the cadets aware of the importance of yoga for healthy life.
A yoga session was conducted by Keshav Raj Sharma. The instructor told the cadets about the importance of different “asanas” for a healthy life. The cadets participated with full zeal and enthusiasm.
The workshop is being conducted under the leadership of ANO, 2 J&K Girls Bn, NCC, Manyata Sharma.
