Two pilgrims died on the way to Manimahesh lake during the past twenty four hours, said an official communiqué issued here today.

The communiqué said the deceased had been identified as Kuldip Kumar (45) of Tikka Kardi village of Hamirpur district and Bansi Ram of Mahanpur village of Kathua (Jammu and Kashmir) district. While Ram died near Bharmani Mata mandir, Kuldip Kumar died near Guhi nallah. The police had registered two cases and was arranging to hand over the bodies to the families.— OC
