Chandigarh, March 23 

The UT Administration has notified 11 special sub-committees of the Municipal Corporation for discharging functions of their respective areas. The term of all the committees shall be co-terminus with the term of the Mayor.

Members of the committees which are notified are as follows. 

Sanitation Committee 

Satish Kainth, Hardeep Singh, Sat Parkash Aggarwal, Surinder Bagha, MP Kholi, Prof Aruna Goyal, Naresh Kumar, Darshan Garg and Harphool Chander Kalyan.

Environment and City Beautification Committee

Gurbax Rawat, Heera Negi, Gurcharan Dass Kala, Hardeep Singh, Des Raj Gupta, Anoop Sunny Gill, Maj DS Sandhu (Retd.), Poonam Sharma and Jannat Jahan Ul Haq. 

Electricity Committee

Mukesh Bassi, Asha Jaswal, Kashmiri Devi, Saurabh Joshi, Harjinder Kaur, Anoop Sunny Gill, Babu Lal, Subhash Chawla and Gurcharan Dass Kala.

Fire and Emergency Services Committee

MP Kohli, Babu Lal , Heera Negi, Sourabh Joshi, Sat Parkash Aggarwa,l Surinder Bagha, Gurcharan Dass Kala, Pardeep Chhabra and Subhash Chawla.

Apni Mandi and Day Market Committee

Sheela Devi, Des Raj Gupta, Rajinder Kaur Rattu, Davesh Moudgil, Sat Parkash Aggarwal, Rajesh Kumar Gupta, MP Kohli, Dr Amrit Tewari and Poonam Sharma.

Women Empowerment Committee

Enforcement Committee
