Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti will be given a ceremonial guard of honour on the occasion.

Security has been strengthened around the civil secretariat and other high offices for the smooth reopening of the Durbar offices.

Meanwhile, the Estates Department is in the process of finalising the accommodation to the various departments in the civil secretariat and residential places at its quarters in the city. Cleanliness and sanitation arrangements have also been made at these residential quarters and hotels for the accommodation of some of the employees. The capital city has also received a facelift over the last one week.

Only one-way traffic was allowed from Jammu to Srinagar on Saturday and Sunday to facilitate the smooth movement of vehicles carrying the Durbar move employees, belonging to the Jammu region. Those belonging to the Kashmir region have already arrived here on April 29 and 30 after the closure of the offices.
