According to a company spokesperson all the required approvals and clearances have been obtained for the project and the construction will commence in a few months. The company has promised to deliver the project in the next 48-60 months. The BSP starts from Rs990 per sq. ft. onwards, Rs1550 per sq. ft. onwards.

Nikoo Homes-II in Bengaluru

Bhartiya group has launched the second phase of Nikoo Homes in the 125-acre Bhartiya City project near Hebbal in Bengaluru. The new project will have studio apartments, 1,2 and 3 BHK apartments, spacious sky villas in the price range of Rs30 lakh to Rs1 crore.
