Biopic on rifleman Jaswant Singh soon

Sandhya Entertainment has announced to make a biopic on 1962 Indo-China war hero rifleman Jaswant Singh.
Producer Sishir Tiwari, while addressing a press conference at Jaswant Singh’s residence here today, said Maha Vir Chakra winner Jaswant Singh was a great warrior. However, many people did not know about his life and heroic deeds.
He said they aimed at making the present generation aware of his works and motivating them to join armed forces.
The shooting will begin in June this year. The film will be shot in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh.
The auditions for the cast would be held on April 14. Leela Devi and Vijay Singh Rawat, mother and younger brother of Jaswant Singh, respectively, were present.
