He started his campaign on December 5 and travelled along the Indo-Pak border and went to many important places such as Asal Utar. He even visited the national memorial dedicated to Shahid Bhagat Singh. He will now carry the soil to New Delhi to participate in the maha rally organised by the ex-servicemen in support of the cause.

Kuldip Singh Grewal, president of the State Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association (SEWA), said they had already rejected the truncated OROP.
