Panipat, May 22

The Panipat Vigilance Bureau has caught a factory owner Raj Kumar and a lambardar Dharampal on Friday in connection with the HUDA plot scam.

Raj Kumar had allegedly got a plot meant for industrial labourers in HUDA’s Sector 25, Part II, by submitting a fake affidavit whereas the nambardar had wrongly identified him, Vigilance Bureau sources said.

Five persons have been arrested in connection with the plot scam with the two arrests today. Earlier three accused were arrested in this case.
