The Sikh United Front (SUF) has condemned non-inclusion of Sikh Regiment in the recent Republic Day parade.

Members of the SUF addressed a press conference and alleged that the ruling BJP-led government had done it deliberately. Front general secretary Avtar Singh Khalsa said Sikh Regiment had fought for India and had a rich history of participating in every war fought by the nation, but non-inclusion of Sikh Regiment in the parade was matter of concern.
