Indira Gandhi’s assassins called martyrs

New Delhi, January 3

Former Prime Minister India Gandhi’s assassins – Kehar Singh, Satwant Singh and Beant Singh – were today eulogised as “martyrs” and their families were honoured at a bhog ceremony organised under the aegis of the Sikh Student’s Federation at Moti Bagh Gurdwara in West Delhi.

The bhog ceremony held in the presence of former Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee president, Avtar Singh Hit, DSGMC’s Dharam Parchar Committee chairman Paramjit Singh Rana and Sikh Student Federation president Gurmeet Singh. — TNS
