IPS officers to file online appraisal report
Chandigarh, July 11
The Haryana Government has decided to introduce online filing of the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) through Smart Performance Appraisal Report Recording Online Window (SPARROW) for all its IPS officers from the assessment year 2015-16.
The government has also notified the instructions for writing of their PAR which will be recorded online at http://ips.gov.in by December 31, 2016. A spokesman of the Home Department said here today that an e-mail ID allocated by the name to the IPS officers by the National Informatics Centre would be mandatory to log on to the SPARROW and register for filing the e-PAR with the help of USB pen drive containing Digital Signature Certificate.
He said the e-mail ID would be the username by which the concerned officer would access the online software after entering the password. —TNS
