ISIS posters: Police clueless
Solan, February 3
Three days on, the police are still clueless on the ISIS posters’ case. Sources said the mobile data was being analysed but nothing concrete had emerged so far and the interrogation of two suspects, too, has yielded little. The police said it were investigating the case from various angles.
The mobile dump data could make available information like the use of phones during the odd hours and presence of outsiders in the Subathu Cantonment area at the time of the incident. The information can further help the cyber wing to trace suspicious networks.
The forensic report is being awaited. The report could provide crucial lead regarding the incident that bears resemblance to similar occurrence in Dharampur, wherein, ‘ISIS coming’ was found painted on a temple gate.
