Your wife Debina is also starring in the film. Do you two share the screen space?

Yes, she is acting in the film. Now that the film is out in the theatres, you will have to watch the film to find out about her role.

We heard that you promised Debina that she would star in all your films.

I have not promised her, but she is my lucky charm. Moreover, because it is my first film, I had to have her in the film. She is quite lucky for me.

Are you still open to acting in television shows?

Definitely, television means the world to me. I owe my career in Bollywood to the television industry. I don’t have the time for daily soaps, but I keep doing something or the other on TV. I even perform on award shows because I do not want my fans to feel that I am not on television. If any good finite show comes my way, I will sign it.

What about Punjabi movies and other regional cinema?

I would love to do a film in Punjabi. I just want to do good work regardless of the medium.
