One wrong check-up (read artificial insemination by mistake) and lo, the chaste Jane from American satirical romantic comedy-drama Jane the Virgin is virgin no more in the eyes of society. Here starts the twist- choosing the boyfriend over the would-be father of the baby, or ending it all..

Jane the Virgin debuted on The CW on October 13, 2014. The series stars actress Gina Rodriguez as Jane Villanueva, a working, religious young virgin who is artificially impregnated with her high school sweetheart’s child!
