Lodha Group Launches ''The Reserve'' at Lodha Belmondo

Lodha Group has recently launched 'The Reserve' at Lodha Belmondo on the banks of Pavana river. The project is conceptualised as luxury weekend homes in a river side golf-based development. It is set within the 100-acre luxury resort of Lodha Belmondo. The Reserve is an exclusive gated enclave with 28 villas and six residential towers, all commanding golf course views and offering the impeccable hospitality of a private members' club.

Mumbai-based Sheth Creators has unveiled Auris Bliss in a Joint Venture with Transcon Developers at Malad, Mumbai.  The state-of-the-art residential development will have a 52-storey tower 2 BHK units. According to the company spokesperson as a launch offer all the units will be available for Rs 1.55 crore irrespective of the floor for bookings made till May 29.
