Neeraj Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway, said the reason of the delay was the non-availability of coaches for the New Delhi-kalka Shatabdi.

The Northern Railway official said usually the Bhopal Shatabdi coaches were used for the Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi but today the Bhopal Shatabdi was late due to which the departure of the train was affected. Meanwhile, 10 trains and 18 flights were delayed due to inclement weather on Saturday.
