GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, organised its Annual Function. Lieutenant General Surinder Singh, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Command, presided over the function. The chief guest was received with a Guard-of-Honour by the cadets of College NCC units of 3- Punjab Battalion (Boys and Girls). In all, 34 academice achievers were felicitated. Panjab University toppers Amanjot Kaur and Ramandeep Kaur were awarded prizes for securing gold medals in MSc physics and MSc chemistry, respectively. Prominent International players and athletes who received prizes and medals included Anjali Bashishth and Nazis Mansoori (Canoeing), Mukesh Choudhary and Abhishek Jamwal (Wushu), Aman and Anayat Sidhu (Archery), Rajiv Malik (Shooting), Arjunveer Singh (Chess), and Ravinder Singh and Manvir Singh (Football).
Farewell Party
The second-year students of GGN Khalsa College organised a farewell party to bid adieu to BCom final year students. The event began with a welcome note by Kartik of BCom (second year). Professor Paramjit Singh, HOD, Commerce, addressed the students, which was followed by a cultural show presented by juniors.
