Ajay Devgn recently announced the release date and unveiled the poster of Radhika Apte’s movie Parched. The film, directed by Leena Yadav, is set in the heart of parched rural landscape of Gujarat, India. It traces the bittersweet tale of four ordinary women Rani, Lajjo, Bijli and Janaki who break free of century-old traditions of servitude and patriarchy.

The actor took to twitter and wrote, “Presenting PARCHED… 18Awards, 24 International film festivals across continents. Releasing 23rd Sep Trailer on 9th September.” The movie has been critically acclaimed and received great recognition globally.
