Physical fitness authority formed

Chandigarh, April 10
The state government today constituted the Sports and Physical Fitness Authority of Haryana. It will be registered as a society under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will be president of the society, while Sports Minister Anil Vij will be its vice-president.
Other members are Finance Minister Capt Abhimanyu and Agriculture Minister OP Dhankar. Director of Sports and Youth Affairs will be the member secretary and Additional Director of Sports and Youth Affairs will be the treasurer. The authority’s office will be in Panchkula.
