Bharmour, August 24
A sadhu (seer) hailing from Jammu and Kashmir died due to cardiac arrest near the Guhi nullah when he was on the way to Manimahesh yesterday, a police report said here today.
He was brought to the Bharmour hospital for treatment, where the doctors declared him brought dead.
The report said the deceased had been identified as Budhnath, alias Baldev Bhardwaj, of Premnagar village in Thathri tehsil of Doda district (J&K).
The police handed over the victim’s body after a postmortem to his associates. A case in this connection had been registered by the police, he added. — OC
