Chandigarh, January 21
Hosts DAV College, Sector 10, won the Panjab University Inter-College Weightlifting Championship for Men held here today. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Sector 26, finished second, while GPC College, Alour, ended in third place.

In the inter-college weightlifting championship for girls, which concluded on Friday, Dashmesh Girls College, Mukerian, bagged the top spot, followed by Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana, in second place. Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana, had to content with third position.
