Fresh snowfall and torrential rain for the past 24 hours in Doda and Kishtwar districts forced the administration to close all educational institutes today. An order passed by Chief Education Officer, Kishtwar, said: “On the directions of District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar, all educational institutes (government as well as private) up to higher secondary level shall remain closed on March 9 and 10 due to bad weather.”
