The Shivalik College of Engineering won the T-10 Gully Cricket Tournament held at Ranger’s College Ground here today.

In the final match, Shivalik College beat IMS College by 77 runs.

Earlier, IMS college won the toss and elected to field first but the decision proved wrong. Shivalik College made 125 runs with the help of a well-played knock of 84 in just 30 balls by Mayank Kumar. In reply, the batsmen of IMS College got all out for just 48 runs, thus losing the match by 77 runs. The tournament was organized by the Time institute to spread awareness about HIV AIDS among youths.

Vishal Pant of Shivalik College was awarded with the man of the series title. During the award ceremony Ajay Anand, ACP Incom Tax said that sport is a best way to spread awareness among youths about HIV AIDS.
