Son of retired bank officer Inderjeet Singh, Bhavesh did his Class X from local Sant Nishchal Singh Public School and Class XII from Vishva Bharti Public School and secured 92.4 percent marks.

He said that he never took his studies as a burden. “I also enjoy listing of music and travelling with friends,” he added.

“My mother, Savita Rani (a housewife) and both my elder sisters always asked me to be dedicated to my studies. I followed their advice which helped me sail through easily,” said Bhavesh.

Advising aspirants of the JEE and other competitive examinations, he said: “One should be driven by quest for knowledge and hunger to learn more but without succumbing to pressure. Target-based methodological approach in planning studies, self-discipline and sincerity are the keys to success.”
