Vohra presents awards to Scouts, Guides

Governor NN Vohra, patron, J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides, presented Rajya Puraskar to 269 Scouts and Guides during an award ceremony at Raj Bhawan here today.
The Governor congratulated them and wished them a bright career ahead.
He lauded the work being done by the functionaries of the J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides. Usha Vohra, First Lady, and other dignitaries were presented Scout Scarves on the occasion.
Earlier, the Governor unfolded the Scouts and Guides Flag. Students presented a cultural programme. NA Khan, State Chief Commissioner, J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides, gave the welcome address and RS Chib, president, J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides, presented the vote of thanks.
Navin Aggarwal, Dr Pawan Kotwal, Roma Wani, senior vice-presidents of the Asssociation; ID Soni, State Commisioner, J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides, were among those present on the occasion.
