During the workshop, Dazzle Key Managing Director Kanchan Negi trained students not only on enhancement of personalities but also on effective communication skills which were indeed the basic requirements which a company looks for before hiring any candidate.

Students were taught to keep their confidence high, crack an interview, techniques of group discussion, how to work on presentations and develop a strong and pleasing personality. The workshop was attended by more than 250 students who were really contented after the accomplishment of the workshop. Kanchan threw light on varied organisational behaviours and what all a company sees in any candidate. The motive of the workshop was to make the girls confident and expressive so that they may have no difficulty in cracking any interview.
