Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has added another diamond in her tiara as she has won the 2016 People’s Choice Award for her American sitcom Quantico. The 33-year-old actress was nominated in the category, Favorite Actress In A New TV Series alongside Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele and Marcia Gay Harden. Announcing the news on her Twitter handle, the Bajirao Mastani star posted a picture of herself wherein she is seen all smiles, holding the trophy in her hand. Along with the picture, Priyanka wrote, “I am so fortunate! Thank U to everyone who voted for me at the #PCAs! My #PCManiacs - I am nothing without you! Big love.” In the ABC sitcom, Priyanka was seen as an FBI agent named Alex Parrish and received global appreciation for her acting skills. —ANI
