First Chinese trade convoy arrives at Gwadar

Islamabad: The first trade convoy carrying Chinese goods for export through the western route of the USD 46 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has arrived at the Gwadar port. A Chinese ship docked at the port and another vessel was expected to arrive. A ceremony marking the opening of trade activities will be held on Sunday. China not only built the Gwadar port but also has its operational control. PTI

FB founder among users declared ‘dead’               

San Francisco: Facebook accidentally declared its founder Mark Zuckerberg and many other users dead, acknowledging after fixing the problem that it had committed a “terrible error”. “For a brief period, a message meant for memorialised profiles was mistakenly posted to other accounts,” a spokesperson said. Media reports indicated that some two million errant memorials were posted on profile pages. AFP
