Dehradun in smart city projects

Dehradun, June 25

The Uttarakhand government today thanked the Central government for including Dehradun in its smart city project. It said there were other cities in the state which also deserved to be made part of the project.

“The Centre should consider the tourist interest generated by different cities of Uttarakhand and the great pressure of floating population on civic amenities and include other cities of the state in the smart city and Amrit city projects,” Chief Minister Harish Rawat’s media in charge Surendra Kumar said.— PTI
