Jammu, January 30

Lt Gen Subrata Saha, Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Planning and Systems), called on Governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhawan here today.

The Governor and Lt General Saha discussed various important issues relating to indigenisation of important weapons, equipment and systems, used by the three defence services, which are continuing to be imported at a very high cost. Lt General Saha informed the Governor about the work done so far in the area.
