State constitutes finance commission

The Haryana Government has constituted the Fifth State Finance Commission (SFC) under the chairmanship of Mukul.G.Asher of LKY School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
An official spokesman said the commission had been constituted underArticle 243 I and 243 Y of the Constitution and Section 213 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act , 1994, and Rule 3 of the Haryana Finance Commission Rules, 1994.
He said other members of the commission were Vishnu Bhagwan, Rohini Aggarwal, Aniruddha Rajput, Sham Lal Bansal, Rajinder Mohan Walia, Anurag Bakshi and Neeta Khera. Amneet.
