Wake up, its morning
I don’t like rolling in my bed long after the sun has shown up, in fact, I like to welcome it, and so I am up and about before it shows up.
The day begins
One litre of water, that is how I start my day. And this by the way is a must, something that I don’t cheat on.
Eat to fitness
Whatever I eat is directly proportional to the exercise I am scheduled to do for the day. If it’s cardio for the day then it’s a protein diet, and if it is a heavy weight training, then it is carbs.
Fitness food, I just can’t eat
Boiled eggs, I dread the day when my trainer asks me to have boiled eggs. I detest eating them so much, so I just sauté the white bit slightly on a non stick pan and throw it in my system.
Never say never
There is no food indulgence that I want to say no to . The best thing is to keep a count of calories that you take throughout the day.
Not a compulsion
Of course I want to look good, get into smart clothes, but this isn’t possible if I am not fit, and I don’t feel one. Fitness, thus is a way of life, it shouldn’t be seen as a compulsion, but as something which is a part of you day and night!
