Chili’s Grill & Bar is an international casual dining restaurant chain that features Tex-Mex-style cuisine. The newest addition to the menu is hand-crafted burgers, which are bigger in size and crafted to perfection with chef-selected ingredients. According to Chili’s culinary head, Vaibhav Kaushish, “Craft Burgers give the guests layer after layer of rich, intense flavour. Guests can customise their burger by choosing from an all-new lamb, chicken or tenderloin patty, all of which is served with house-made garlic dill pickles and home-style fries.”

Another addition is the healthier choices, which include items such as the Grilled Half Chicken, Ancho Chili Salmon and Sandwiches. Guests can enjoy Chili’s Healthier Choice options paired with delicious salads made with fresh ingredients. According to Param Toor, Director, “Chili’s Grill & Bar focuses on its complete dining-out experience. Our emphasis is not just limited to serving good food, but a whole gamut of services vis-à-vis good food, exotic bar drinks and upbeat music, amidst a very Western ambience; thereby providing an avenue for wholesome entertainment.”
